Free insured shipping across India. Every order is shipped free of charge and insured until it reaches you.
Free pickup from our store. Choose “Pick up at our Patiala store” at checkout and collect your jewellery from our 22 No. Phatak store, Patiala (open all days, 10:30am – 8:00pm).
Dispatch time
Each piece is dispatched 10–15 days after your order is placed.
Receiving your order
Please inspect the package for any tampering before accepting the delivery.
Prices
Our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices, which change from time to time. You will be charged the price listed on the day of purchase.
PAN for high-value orders
As per the current guidelines mandated by the Government of India, a customer has to provide the Permanent Account Number (PAN) for all purchases above INR 2 lakh.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation e-mail. See our Returns & Exchange page for details.
